Terms and Conditions

  1. Kempen Peluang Menang 1K CardMatch ini (“Kempen”) dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“ TNGD ”) dan Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“ ABMB ”).
  2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua Pengguna TNG eWallet (“ Pengguna ”) tidak termasuk pekerja TNGD dan ABMB, ahli keluarga terdekat mereka, dan mana-mana pihak yang terlibat secara langsung dalam menganjurkan, mempromosikan atau menjalankan Kempen ini. Pengguna yang telah membatalkan mana-mana kad kredit sedia ada mereka yang dikeluarkan oleh ABMB dalam tempoh 7 tahun yang lalu dari tarikh permohonan akan dikecualikan daripada kempen ini.
  3. Users shall be excluded from this campaign if:
    1. Users have an existing active credit cards issued by ABMB
    2. Users have cancelled any of their existing credit cards issued by ABMB in the last 7 years
  4. Tempoh kempen akan bermula dari 1 April 2026 hingga 31 Mei 2026 termasuk kedua-dua tarikh (“ Tempoh Kempen ”).
  5. During the Campaign Period, User(s) who successfully apply a credit card through CardMatch and meet all the following Campaign requirements (“Eligible User(s)”) will earn ONE (1) entry to stand a chance to win a prize (“Campaign Prize”):
    1. The User must apply as Principal Cardholder for an Alliance Bank Credit Card Visa (Signature, Platinum, Infinite) via CardMatch on TNG eWallet during the Campaign Period;
    2. The User’s credit card application will have to be approved by ABMB during the campaign period and activated by User by 15 June 2026;
    3. The Eligible User must ensure their TNG eWallet account remains active and is not dormant, suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason throughout the Campaign Period and until prize fulfilment is completed.
  6. Each Eligible User is entitled to ONE (1) entry only for the entire Campaign Period, regardless of the number of successful credit card applications made.
  7. A total of fifty (50) winners will be selected from the pool of Eligible Users (“Winner(s)“). Each Winner is only entitled to receive ONE (1) Prize from this Campaign.
  8. Campaign Prizes are fifty (50) TNG eWallet Reload Pin RM1,000.
  9. Winners will be selected via a computerized random system within fourteen (14) working days from the end of the Campaign Period.
  10. Prize fulfilment is subject to TNGD successfully contacting the Winners via email sent to the email address registered with their TNG eWallet account. TNGD shall not be liable for any failure to receive such notification due to the Winner’s fault, including but not limited to, incorrect email address, full inbox, email being filtered as spam, or any technical issue beyond TNGD’s reasonable control.
  11. The selected Winner(s) must correctly answer ONE (1) question and provide proof of identification for verification when contacted by TNGD. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
  12. Winners who are uncontactable, fail to respond within seven (7) working days from the date the notification email is sent by TNGD pursuant to clause 9 above, or are unable to complete the identity verification shall be disqualified and the prize shall be forfeited. TNGD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternative Winner or to let the prize be forfeited.
  13. All Campaign Prizes will be fulfilled by TNGD within sixty (60) days after the Campaign Period has ended, subject to any delays or changes at TNGD’s sole discretion.
  14. TNGD shall not be liable for any expenses, costs, claims, losses, or damages (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) incurred or suffered by any participant in connection with the Campaign, including participation and the use of any Prize.
  15. Winners are personally liable for all applicable taxes, rates, government fees, or any other charges that may be levied against them in relation to the Prizes.
  16. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value.
  17. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
    1. are required to read and understand these Terms and Conditions;
    2. have accessed, read and confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions;
    3. consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
    4. consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    5. grant TNGD the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  18. TNGD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and with or without prior notice, to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign via:
    1. announcement on the TNGD website; and/or
    2. any other means of notification which TNGD deems appropriate.
  19. Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
  20. The decision of TNGD on all matters relating to this Campaign, including the selection of Winners and resolution of any dispute, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, queries, challenges, or appeals will be entertained.
  21. All queries regarding the Campaign and CardMatch process shall be directed to TNGD only. All queries regarding the Alliance Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card, Alliance Bank Visa Signature Credit Card, , Alliance Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card product, its terms, or its activation and usage process shall be directed to ABMB. TNGD shall bear no responsibility for any matters related to the credit card product or services provided by ABMB.
  22. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Prize if a User is found to be in breach of TNGD’s User Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf) or the Alliance Bank Credit Cardholder Agreement (https://www.alliancebank.com.my/getattachment/8ca852c2-e186-4b1a-b25d-a2055f95084f/Alliance_Bank_CC_Cardholder_Agreement.pdf).
