  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) & Spotify (“Partner”).
  2. Promotion Period is from 6th April until 31 May 2026, inclusive of both dates.
  3. This promotion is valid for the subscription of Spotify Premium Individual RM 8.80 for 3 months only, then RM 17.50 per month after. Offer only available if you haven’t tried Premium before. Terms apply.
  4. Users who apply the promo code at checkout on TNG eWallet x Spotify Co-Branded offer website during the promotion period will be able to enjoy this promotion.
  5. Each user is entitled to only ONE (1) promo code during the promotion period.
  6. This promotion is limited to first 100,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the promo code have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  7. The discount will be applied immediately during payment when the user enters the voucher code, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
  8. This promotion is applicable to user who are new on Spotify Premium Individual only.
  9. The promotion is not valid with other redemption/voucher codes and promotions unless otherwise stated. Promotion is not valid for use in combination with any other on-going offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers and/or privilege cards. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of promotion entitlement.
  10. This promotion cannot be combined or accumulated, and promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
  11. This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  12. The Terms of Service shall apply to all uses of the promo code including promo code. TNGD and Partner reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time with prior notice.

TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.   1. Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) dan Spotify (“Rakan Kongsi”).
  2. Tempoh promosi adalah dari 6 April sehingga 31 Mei 2026, termasuk tarikh yang dinyatakan.
  3. Promosi ini sah untuk langganan Spotify Premium Individual pada harga RM 8.80 selama 3 bulan sahaja, kemudian RM 17.50 sebulan selepas itu. Tawaran hanya tersedia jika anda belum pernah mencuba Premium sebelum ini. Terma dan syarat
  4. Pengguna yang menebus kod promo semasa pembayaran di laman web tawaran kerjasama TNG eWallet x Spotify sepanjang tempoh promosi akan layak menikmati promosi ini.
  5. Setiap pengguna berhak menebus sebanyak SATU (1) kod promosi sahaja, sepanjang tempoh promosi.
  6. Promosi ini adalah terhad kepada 100,000 transaksi pertama yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih awal.
  7. Diskaun akan dikenakan serta-merta di laman pembayaran setelah memasukkan kod voucher, jika pengguna memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.
  8. Promosi ini hanya sah untuk pengguna baru yang melanggan Spotify Premium Individual.
  9. Promosi tidak sah dengan kod penebusan/baucar dan promosi lain melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya. Promosi tidak sah untuk digunakan dalam kombinasi dengan mana-mana tawaran, promosi, diskaun, baucar dan/atau kad keistimewaan lain yang sedang berjalan. Tiada alternatif tunai atau bayaran balik akan ditawarkan sebagai ganti kelayakan promosi.
  10. Promosi ini tidak boleh digabungkan atau dikumpul dan promosi tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau penggantian yang lain.
  11. Promosi ini tidak sah untuk sebarang bentuk atau jenis tambah nilai, kad hadiah dan perkhidmatan dalam kedai.
  12. Semua penggunaan kod promosi adalah tertakluk kepada Syarat Perkhidmatan TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi. TNGD atau Rakan Kongsi berhak untuk menukar terma dan syarat atau membatalkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dengan notis awal.
