SOS TOP UP RM1 CAMPAIGN

Terma & Syarat

(i) This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and Lendtech Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd.(“Partner”).

(ii) The Promotion period is from 9th March 2026 until 9th May 2026, both dates inclusive.

(iii) The Promotion is open to users who:

  1. Have never performed a transaction via the SOS Top Up feature on the TNG eWallet, OR have not been active on the SOS Top Up feature for a period of 90 days or more from date of top up;
  2. Have not defaulted in past purchases via the SOS Top Up feature and do not have any outstanding amounts owed during the Campaign Period;
  3. Have been pre-approved to use the SOP Top Up feature, where the terms of such pre-approval are at the sole discretion of TNGD and the Partner.

(iv) The Promotion is only valid for a RM5 denomination top-up for any telco plan via the SOS Top Up feature on the TNG eWallet.

(v) An eligible user who performs the RM5 top-up under item (iv) above and repays the loan within 14 days from the date of disbursement shall be entitled to receive the a RM1 cashback (“Cashback”).

(vi) Each eligible user is entitled to receive only one (1) Cashback throughout the Promotion Period. To qualify, the RM5 top-up must be the FIRST purchase made under the SOS Top Up feature during the Campaign Period. If the user makes any other purchases (e.g. a RM30 top-up) before purchasing the RM5 top-up, the user will not be eligible for the Cashback.

(vii) TNGD shall credit the Cashback back to the user’s TNG eWallet within fifteen (15) working days from the date of the full repayment of the loan by the user.

(viii) This Promotion is limited to the maximum amount of 25,000 eligible use only. The Cashback will cease once the limit has been reached, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

(ix) This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

(x) This Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

(xi) This Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services

(xii)TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions. SOS TOP UP RM1 CAMPAIGN

(i) Promosi ini dianjurkan oleh TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) dan Lendtech Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Rakan Kongsi”).

(ii) Tempoh Promosi adalah dari 9 Mac 2026 hingga 9 Mei 2026, termasuk kedua-dua tarikh tersebut.

(iii) Promosi ini terbuka kepada pengguna yang:

  1. Belum pernah melakukan sebarang transaksi melalui ciri SOS Top Up di TNG eWallet, ATAU tidak aktif menggunakan ciri SOS Top Up selama 90 hari atau lebih dari tarikh tambah nilai;
    b. Tidak pernah gagal membuat bayaran dalam pembelian terdahulu melalui ciri SOS Top Up dan tidak mempunyai sebarang baki tertunggak sepanjang Tempoh Kempen;
    c. Telah mendapat pra-kelulusan untuk menggunakan ciri SOS Top Up, di mana syarat pra-kelulusan tersebut adalah atas budi bicara mutlak TNGD dan Rakan Kongsi.

(iv) Promosi ini hanya sah untuk tambah nilai bernilai RM5 bagi sebarang pelan telekomunikasi melalui ciri SOS Top Up di TNG eWallet.

(v) Pengguna yang layak yang melakukan tambah nilai RM5 seperti dalam perkara (iv) di atas dan membuat bayaran balik pinjaman dalam tempoh 14 hari dari tarikh pengeluaran berhak menerima pulangan tunai RM1 (“Pulangan Tunai”).

(vi) Setiap pengguna yang layak hanya berhak menerima SATU (1) Pulangan Tunai sepanjang Tempoh Promosi. Untuk layak, tambah nilai RM5 mesti merupakan pembelian PERTAMA melalui ciri SOS Top Up sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. Jika pengguna membuat pembelian lain terlebih dahulu (contohnya tambah nilai RM30) sebelum membeli tambah nilai RM5, pengguna tidak layak untuk Pulangan Tunai.

(vii) TNGD akan mengkreditkan Pulangan Tunai ke dalam TNG eWallet pengguna dalam tempoh lima belas (15) hari bekerja dari tarikh pembayaran penuh pinjaman oleh pengguna.

(viii) Promosi ini terhad kepada maksimum 25,000 pengguna layak sahaja. Pulangan Tunai akan berhenti diberikan sebaik sahaja had tercapai atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, mana-mana yang lebih awal.

(ix) Promosi ini tidak sah digabungkan dengan promosi, diskaun, atau baucar lain yang sedang berlangsung.

(x) Promosi ini tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau pengganti lain.

(xi) Promosi ini tidak terpakai untuk sebarang jenis transaksi tambah nilai lain, kad hadiah, atau perkhidmatan dalam kedai.
