September 2025 Targeted CTOS Cashback Promotion

1.             This Targeted CTOS Cashback Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) in collaboration with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“CTOS”).

2.             The Promotion period shall commence from 22 September 2025 to 5 October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). CTOS and/or TNGD reserves the right to terminate the Campaign by giving FIVE (5) business days prior notice, which shall be published on CTOS and TNGD website or application.

3.             This Promotion is only valid for selected Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) users who have received in-App notification(s) for this Promotion (“Eligible User”).

4.             Eligible Users are only able to redeem a maximum of ONE (1) Cashback Voucher to purchase MyCTOS Score Report from TNG eWallet.

5.             The Cashback Voucher will be credited into the respective Eligible User’s TNG eWallet account under the MyRewards page upon successful voucher redemption. To redeem, the Eligible User must tap “Claim Now” after being directed to the redemption screen via the in-App notification(s).

6.             The Cashback Voucher is limited to first 1,000 redemptions. The Promotion will cease once the cashbacks have been fully redeemed or utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

7.             The Cashback Voucher is not stackable with any other GOrewards vouchers for the same transaction.

8.             This Promotion shall be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

9.             TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
