2025 Principal Unit Trust Investival Campaign (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

 

 

1.      The Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNG Digital”) and Principal Asset Management Berhad (199401018399 (304078-K) (“Principal”).

 

2.      The Campaign begins on 27^th August 2025 and ends on 10^th October 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

3.      The Campaign is open to all users who perform a Cash In into their Principal – Invest and/or Retire feature account during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Participant”).

 

4.      Eligible Participants can Cash In into any one (1) of the following products:

a)    Equity Funds:

                                         i.        Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Conservative Fund

                                        ii.        Principal Islamic Global Selection Moderate Fund

                                       iii.        Principal Global Titans Fund

                                      iv.        Principal DALI Global Equity Fund

                                       v.        Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund

                                      vi.        Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Mixed Asset Fund

                                     vii.        Principal Islamic Global Selection Aggressive Fund

                                    viii.        Principal Islamic Lifetime Balanced Fund

                                      ix.        Principal Islamic Enhanced Opportunities Fund

                                       x.        Principal Lifetime Balanced Income Fund

                                      xi.        Principal Asia Titans Fund

                                      xii.        Principal Malaysia Titans Fund

                                     xiii.        Principal Titans Income Plus Fund

                                    xiv.        Principal Vietnam Equity Fund

                                     xv.        Principal China New Energy Innovation Fund

                                    xvi.        Principal Islamic Global Multi-Asset Fund

                                   xvii.        Principal Islamic Global Responsible Equity Fund

b)    Bond Funds:

                                         i.        Principal Islamic Lifetime Enhanced Sukuk Fund

                                        ii.        Principal Lifetime Bond Fund

 

(“Eligible Product”).

5.      Eligible Participants will be entitled to the additional Rewards as set out in Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV of the Campaign Rewards and Mechanics below (“Campaign Rewards”).

Campaign Rewards and Mechanics

I. Reward 1: Merdeka Bonus Rate Reward

6.     Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Eligible Participants who satisfy the conditions stated in Clause 3, 4 and 7 will be entitled to up to an additional 9% per annum (p.a.) additional bonus rate (“Merdeka Bonus Rate”) on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount maintained for a period of thirty (30) days, whereby NCF shall mean the amount calculated by subtracting the total cash-out amounts from the total cash-in amounts for each Eligible Account throughout the Campaign Period.

 

7.     To be eligible for the Merdeka Bonus Rate, the Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements:

 

a.    The Eligible Participant must key in “INVESTIVAL2025” in the promo code field of Principal Invest feature account whenever a cash in is performed within the Campaign Period. The promo code is not required for cash in performed into the Principal Retire feature account.

 

b.    The Eligible Participant must perform a minimum cash in of RM200 in a single transaction into their Principal Invest or Retire feature account. The Cash In and Investment Subscription must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period.

 

c.    The Eligible Participant must maintain the subscription in their Principal Invest or Retire feature account for a holding period of thirty (30) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, i.e. from 11^th October 2025, 12:00 AM to 9^th November 2025, 11.59pm (“Post Campaign Period”). The Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to the Campaign Rewards if any redemption is performed during the Post Campaign Period.

 

d.    The Merdeka Bonus Rate entitled shall be as follows:

II. Reward 2: Welcome Bonus Rate Reward

8.     Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Eligible Participants who satisfy the conditions stated in Clause 3, 4 and 9 will be entitled to an additional 1% per annum (p.a.) bonus rate (“Welcome Bonus Rate”), on top of Reward 1, on the Net Cash Flow (“NCF”) amount maintained for a period of thirty (30) days.

 

9.     To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus Rate, the Eligible Participants are required to fulfil all of the following requirements:

 

a.    The Eligible Participant must successfully open a new Principal – Invest or Retire feature account during the Campaign Period. For avoidance of doubt, Eligible Participants who already have an existing Principal – Invest or Retire feature account before the Campaign Period shall not be entitled to the Welcome Bonus Rate Reward.
