Terma & Syarat

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 15th October 2025 until 14th November 2025, both dates inclusive.
  3. Selected new users who make a mobile credit reload with a minimum payment of RM10.00 in a single transaction at TNG eWallet ‘MY Prepaid’ function (except SOS Top Up, Sohoj and PayHub icons) will receive the following Cashback and Cashback Voucher instantly:

  4. The Cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  5. The Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s TNG eWallet App and is available to use for the user’s next eligible transaction.
  6. Each selected TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy each Cashback and Cashback Voucher ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
  7. The utilization of the Cashback Vouchers are on first come first served basis. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  8. The validity of the Cashback Vouchers is listed in the table below accordingly. Any unused voucher thereafter will expire.
  9. Only ONE (1) voucher can be used per transaction. This cashback voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or promotions by TNGD.
  10. In the event if the user meets the requirements of two or more vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD has the right to determine which voucher to be used.
  11. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  12. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  13. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
