Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 11th May 2026 until 11st July 2026, both dates inclusive.
  3. New Prepaid Internet users who make a Prepaid Internet purchase with a minimum payment of RM30.00 in a single transaction via the ‘MyPrepaid’ function in TNG e-Wallet will receive RM1.50 cashback and an RM1 voucher for their next month’s Prepaid Internet purchase.
  4. The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  5. Each selected TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy the RM1.50 cashback and RM1 voucher one (1) time only throughout the Promotion Period.
  6. The RM1.50 cashback is limited to the first 40,000 eligible transactions, while the RM1 voucher is limited to the first 25,128 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback or voucher allocation has been fully utilised, or upon the expiry of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.
  7. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  8. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
