This Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
The Promotion period runs from 18 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”).
Users who successfully purchase a Perlindungan Tenang product via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet platform during the Promotion Period are entitled to receive RM5 cashback.
Users who successfully purchase the product using a RM30 Perlindungan Tenang Voucher are also eligible for the cashback during the Promotion Period.
The cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within 10 working days from the date of policy or certificate issuance.
Transactions that are rejected or refunded are not eligible for the cashback.
Combined or split transactions are not allowed and will not be eligible for cashback.
Each user is entitled to one (1) cashback only throughout the Promotion Period.
The total cashback allocation for this Promotion is capped at RM200,000, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Promotion will end once the allocation has been fully redeemed or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or voucher redemptions.
For avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is only valid for transactions made via the Perlindungan Tenang platform within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Transactions made through offline channels or third-party platforms are not eligible for this Promotion.
Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be accumulated or redeemed for cash.
This Promotion is not applicable to reload transactions, gift card purchases, or in-store services.
