Terma & Syarat

  1. By proceeding with your application, you expressly authorize TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) to share your Personal Data with your selected insurer or takaful operator (as specified in Table 1) and/or with My Roadtax Store Sdn. Bhd. (“Partner”) solely for the purpose of processing your application.
  2. You acknowledge and agree to the Partner’s Privacy Policy, and understand that your Personal Data will be used, processed, and managed in accordance with that Policy. Once shared, the Partner shall have sole control over the copy of your Personal Data, and you are required to contact the Partner directly for any matters relating thereto.
  3. Should you wish to withdraw or revoke your consent at any time after the application process, you must contact the Partner directly. Please note that withdrawal of consent may result in certain services from the Partner or TNGD being declined, refused, or otherwise inaccessible.
  4. TNGD hereby is released from all obligations and responsibilities towards the copy of Personal Data which is shared with the Partner. For clarification, TNGD shall at all times ensure that your personal data and information in the control of TNGD shall be processed in accordance to TNG Group’s privacy policy and the applicable laws.

MotoInsure:

  1. Your insurance or takaful is underwritten by your chosen insurance company or takaful operator. The list of underwriter and Financial Adviser stated as per Table 1 below respectively:

  2. All quotations generated by MotoInsure is based on the information you provided and it is not a contract, binder, or agreement to extend insurance coverage. Any coverage descriptions provided in Touch ‘n Go eWallet application or website is general descriptions of available coverages and is not a statement of contract.
  3. If you elect to file an insurance/takaful claim, you may contact our insurance/ takaful partner for the claim submission. The claim is subject to your insurance/ takaful partner review and approval.
