Mission Hunt Campaign May 2026

Terma & Syarat

  1. Introduction
    1. This ‘Mission Hunt’ campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
    2. This Campaign is open to the following participant(s) who meet all of the following criteria (each, a “Participant”):
      • The Participant must be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) user; and
      • The Participant’s TNG eWallet account must be registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.
    3. By participating in this Campaign, all Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Campaign Period
    1. The Campaign runs from 23 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Campaign Mechanism
    1. To participate, eligible Participants must complete transactions from the list of distinct missions (“Missions”) as displayed within the Campaign interface during the Campaign Period.
    2. Each successfully completed Mission earns the Participant ONE (1) entry (“Entry”).
    3. Each Participant may earn up to SEVEN (7) Entries per week.
    4. Multiple transactions within the same Mission category will only be counted once.
    5. Transactions must be completed within the Campaign Period to qualify.
    6. Each Entry entitles the Participant to spin the wheel once to receive one (1) randomised Prize from the Prize pool set out below (“Spin”).
    7. Prizes are limited in quantity and shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
    8. Prizes are distributed via an automated randomisation system. All allocations shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

  4. Specific Terms for Each Prize Category
    1. Cashback Vouchers (Prizes 1 to 7)
      Cashback Voucher credits a fixed cashback amount directly into the Participant’s TNG eWallet account upon completion of the qualifying transaction.

      • Cashback Vouchers will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the Participant’s TNG eWallet and will be available for use on the Participant’s next eligible transaction.
      • Cashback will automatically be credited to the Participant’s TNG eWallet account upon completion of the qualifying transaction using the respective voucher.
      • Each transaction is limited to ONE (1) Cashback Voucher per category, applicable to the respective transaction type (e.g. one (1) online or one (1) in-store).
      • Cashback Vouchers are subject to a validity period. Participants should refer to the voucher details in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable conditions. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
      • Cashback Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
      • Each Cashback Voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details.
    2. Discount Voucher (Prize 8)
      Discount Voucher will entitle the Participant to the discount amount off the total amount in a single transaction at the participating merchant’s outlets.

      • Discount Vouchers will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the Participant’s TNG eWallet and will be available for use on the Participant’s eligible transaction.
      • The Participant must present the Discount Voucher to the Merchant at the point of sale prior to completing payment. The discount will be applied to the total bill of a single qualifying transaction.
      • The Discount Voucher is valid ONE (1) single use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions.
      • The Participant must meet the minimum spend in a single transaction and cannot combine multiple transactions to meet the minimum spend.
      • Discount Vouchers are subject to a validity period. Participants should refer to the voucher details in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable conditions. Expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
      • Discount Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
      • The Discount Voucher is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details.
      • TNGD makes no warranties regarding the quality of services rendered by the participating merchants. The Participant shall resolve any issue directly with the relevant merchants.
    3. Lucky Draw Entry (Prize 9)

      Prize Entry Period
      One (1) entry to win one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (“Grand Prize”) 23 May 2026 to 30 June 2026
      1. When Participant receives a Lucky Draw Entry from the Spin, they will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
      2. Lucky Draw Entries will be awarded from Spins made during the Entry Period. Spins made outside this Entry Period, but within the Campaign Period will not qualify. Spins made outside this Entry Period remain eligible for all other Prizes, but will not yield a Lucky Draw Entry.
      3. All Lucky Draw Entries will be consolidated at the end of the Entry Period, and winners will be selected via a computerised randomiser conducted by TNGD.
      4. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by TNGD within twenty (20) working days from the lucky draw date and must respond with valid proof of identification and contact details within fourteen (14) working days of notification.
      5. The Grand Prize will be delivered within thirty (30) working days from winner verification. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and TNGD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
      6. The Grand Prizes is accepted on an “as is” basis. Any issues with the Prize shall be resolved directly with the relevant merchant, supplier, or manufacturer.
      7. TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding the Grand Prize, including its quality, merchantability and/or fitness for the purpose of such prizes. TNGD shall not be responsible nor liable for any issues, defects, and/or claims regarding the Grand Prize, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the Grand Prize associated with the Campaign. The Participant shall resolve any issue directly with the relevant merchants, supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.
      8. TNG Digital Group employees are entitled to participate in this Campaign but are not eligible for Lucky Draw entries or prizes. For the purposes hereof, “TNG Digital Group” refers to the following entities:
        (i) TNG Digital Group Sdn. Bhd.;
        (ii) TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd.;
        (iii) TNG Digital Remittance Sdn. Bhd.;
        (iv) Nadi Tech Sdn Bhd;
        (v) Any other affiliated entities that may be incorporated or become part of the TNG Digital Group from time to time.
  5. General Terms
    1. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
    2. TNGD reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion by giving five (5) days prior notice.
    3. TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another of similar value.
    4. TNGD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failure arising from network issues, merchant systems, or user negligence.
    5. TNGD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or goodwill arising from or in connection with this Campaign).
    6. TNGD is not responsible or held liable for any technical issues, failures, interruptions, or other events of any kinds whatsoever that is beyond its control.
    7. TNGD’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNGD will not be entertained.
    8. TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding any items, products and/or services under the vouchers and/or deals, including its quality, merchantability and/or fitness for the purpose. Participants agree to resolve any such issues, defects or claims directly with the relevant merchant or partner.
    9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the Campaign, if a user is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf)

  6. Privacy
    1. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant expressly agrees and consents to allow his/her personal data to be collected, processed, disclosed, and used by TNGD in accordance with TNGD’s Privacy Policy.
