Mastercard Reload Starter Reward

Terma & Syarat

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”)
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. TNGD reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  3. The Campaign Period is from 1 March 2026 until 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive.

Campaign Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users who reload their TNG eWallet during the Campaign Period using a Malaysia-issued Mastercard Credit Card that has never been previously used to reload TNG eWallet for the prior to the Campaign Period.
  2. Eligibility is strictly limited to the participant’s first Malaysia-issued Mastercard Credit Card added and used to perform a reload transaction during the Campaign Period. Subsequent reload transactions made using any other newly added Mastercard Credit Cards shall not be considered for this Campaign, regardless of whether the earlier transaction fulfils the Campaign mechanics.
  3. Cards issued in Singapore and other foreign countries are expressly excluded from this Campaign.
  4. Eligibility is limited to reloads made via the manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment functions within the TNG eWallet app.

How to Get Cashback

  1.  Reload your TNG eWallet with a minimum amount of RM500 in a single transaction using a Mastercard Credit Card on their first reload during the Campaign Period.
  2. Upon a successful eligible reload, you will be entitled to receive a RM5 cashback.
  3. Each user is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) cashback throughout the entire Campaign Period.

Cashback Allocation & Limit

Cashbacks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 750 eligible users per week, subject to the following monthly allocation:

  1. Weekly cycles are defined as follows:
    • Week 1: 1 – 7
    • Week 2: 8 – 14
    • Week 3: 15 – 21
    • Week 4: 22 – 30/31

Cashback Determination & Fulfillment

  1.  Cashback eligibility shall be determined based on the date and time the reload transaction is successfully recorded in TNGD’s system.
  2. In the event of a tie for the final available cashback within a particular week:
    • The TNG eWallet account with the higher reload amount shall be prioritized; and
    • If a tie still persists, the account with the higher number of reload transactions shall receive the cashback.
  3. Cashback Fulfillment Schedule:

Cashback will be credited directly to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet within 5 working days (T+5) from the cashback fulfillment date.

Important Notes

  1. No notification will be sent after the weekly or monthly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
  2. TNGD reserves the right to disqualify any user or withhold/cancel any cashback if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the user’s account becomes inactive, invalid, or is terminated during the Campaign.
  3. All decisions made by TNGD regarding any aspect of this Campaign, including but not limited to eligibility and cashback issuance, are final and binding.
  4. Mastercard and TNGD shall not entertain any request to credit the cashback to any third party other than the participating user’s TNG eWallet account.
  5. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to TNGD collecting, processing, and using your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice for purposes related to this Campaign.
