The “Happy 18th Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organised by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
By participating in this Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
Kelayakan
This Campaign is open to Malaysian citizens who are active and valid Touch ’n Go eWallet users and whose eighteenth (18th) birthday falls under the birthday month within the Campaign Period (“Participants”).
Campaign Mechanics
To participate, eligible Participants must complete transactions across five (5) distinct Missions (“Missions”) as displayed within the Campaign interface during the Campaign Period.
Each successfully completed Mission entitles the Participant to one (1) entry into the Reward draw mechanism.
Multiple transactions within the same Mission category will be counted once only.
Transactions must be completed within the Campaign Period to qualify.
Claiming Rewards
Rewards are limited in quantity and shall be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to system availability.
Rewards are distributed via an automated randomisation system, and such allocation shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Each participant is entitled to receive a maximum of five (5) rewards throughout the Campaign Period. Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
Pop Mart (either Twinkle Twinkle, Molly, Skullpanda, Dimo)
McD cashback voucher worth RM10
Cashback voucher worth up to RM7
To claim a reward, Completed User must click the “Claim Reward” button on the Campaign section during Campaign Period.
A reward is considered successfully claimed only upon system confirmation of reward availability.
If all rewards have been fully claimed during Campaign Period, the Completed Users will see a “Fully Claimed” notification and will not be able to claim a reward.
Physical goods such as Pop Mart will be delivered every 25thof the month, subject to the provision of accurate and complete delivery details by the user. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
West Malaysia: five (5) to seven (7) working days
East Malaysia: seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days
Touch ’n Go shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the user. In such circumstances, the reward may be revoked and will not be replaced or reissued.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless stated otherwise.
Claimed rewards may be subject to a validity period. Users can refer to the reward details available in “My Rewards” for the expiry date and any applicable usage conditions. Expired rewards will not be reissued or extended.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
TNGD reserves the right to substitute any voucher or deal with another of similar value.
TNGD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failure arising from network issues, merchant systems, or user negligence.
TNGD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign.
TNGD is not responsible or liable for any technical issues, failures, interruptions, or other events beyond its control.
TNGD’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by TNGD will not be entertained.
TNGD makes no warranties or representations regarding any items, products, and/or services under the vouchers and/or deals, including quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose. Participants agree to resolve any such issues directly with the relevant merchant or partner.
TNG Digital will not in any way contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Campaign.
TNGD reserves the right to vary, extend, or terminate the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
