Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. This voucher is part of the GOrewards Digital Wallpaper Voucher Initiative (“Campaign”), organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”). This Campaign allows eligible users to redeem a voucher using GOrewards points in exchange for an exclusive digital wallpaper for personal use.
  2. To redeem your wallpaper, users are required to:

(i) Go to “GOrewards” section in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet;

(ii) Tap on the voucher to redeem it & reveal the promo code to utilise it;

(iii) Upon successful utilisation, you will be directed to a page displaying the wallpaper randomly assigned to you

(iv) Tap to download and save the exclusive digital wallpaper to your device.

3. The voucher validity period is as stated on this voucher. Expired vouchers will not be reinstated or replaced.

4. This voucher will automatically cease at the end of the validity period.

5. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. This voucher once redeemed, is non-reversible. The GOrewards points used for redemption will not be refunded or reinstated.

7. The digital wallpaper assigned to each user is randomly generated and users will not be able to select, request, or exchange their assigned wallpaper for a different design.

8. The wallpaper downloaded is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercialised in any manner. All intellectual property rights in the digital wallpaper remain the sole property of TNGD. Where any part of the digital wallpaper is generated using third party licensed content, the intellectual property rights in such content shall remain vested in the respective third-party licensors.

9. TNGD does not warrant that the wallpaper will be compatible with or optimally displayed on all mobile devices, and shall not be liable for any display issues arising from the user’s device capabilities or settings.

10. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefit(s) under the campaign, if a User is found to have been in breach of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions (https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf).
