Terms and Conditions

  1. This Campaign is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”) and Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Partner”).
  2. The Campaign period is from 28 May 2026 until 25 August 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive.
  3. For each authorised Private Car (Class 1) that successfully passes through the Private Road Charge gantries located at (a) Genting Highlands Entry at Genting Sempah OR (b) Gohtong Jaya Entry at the Gohtong Jaya roundabout using RFID or Touch ‘n Go card with PayDirect function during the Campaign Period, the TNG eWallet users (“User(s)”) shall be entitled to one (1) RM5.00 cashback voucher (“Voucher”).
  4. Validity of the Voucher is twenty-four (24) hours from the point the Voucher is received. Any unused Voucher thereafter will expire (“Validity Period”).
  5. Subject to the Validity Period, the Voucher will be applied automatically in the next transaction when User spend a minimum of RM100.00 in a single bill at any participating outlets of Resorts World Genting only. The list of participating outlets can be found at [https://www.touchngo.com.my/tnc/?tnc=genting-road-charge-cashback-campaign-participating-outlet] (“Participating Outlets”) and using TNG eWallet as the payment method (“Eligible Redemption”).
  6. No combined transactions and/or no split transactions are allowed.
  7. The RM5.00 cashback will be credited back to the User(s) TNG eWallet within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the Eligible Redemption transaction date. TNGD and Partner will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Campaign.
  8. Only one (1) Voucher can be used per transaction.
  9. The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or TNGD promotions.
  10. In the event a User qualifies for two or more vouchers in a single transaction, TNGD reserves the right to determine which Voucher will be applied
  11. This Campaign is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  12. Campaign is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  13. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold, withdraw, and/or cancel the Voucher and/or Cashback at any time, without prior notice to the User(s) if the User(s) are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
