Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 18th May 2026 until 18th July 2026, both dates inclusive.
  3. Users who sign up or switch to the Cukup25, Power35, or Mantap48 Plan through the ‘Eastel’ Mini Program in TNG eWallet are eligible to receive cashback of up to RM10.
  4. The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
  5. Each selected TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy the cashback and one (1) time only throughout the Promotion Period.
  6. The cashback is limited to the first 9,000 eligible transactions. The Promotion will cease once the cashback has been fully utilised.
  7. This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  8. Promotion is not applicable for any form or type of reload transactions, gift cards and in-store services.
  9. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.
