e-Mas Golden Festive Campaign
Terma & Syarat
- The Campaign is organised by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201701042478 (1256651-M)) (“TNGD”) (referred to as “Organiser”).
- The Campaign begins on 18th December 2025 and ends on 15th March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
Kelayakan
- The Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users who users who invest a minimum 0.1gram in e-Mas product (“Eligible Participant”).
- Eligible Participants will be entitled to the Campaign Reward(s) as set out in the Campaign Rewards and Mechanics below.
Campaign Rewards and Mechanics
- Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Eligible Participants who satisfy the conditions stated in Clause 3 will be entitled to Lucky Draw Entry(ies) as illustrated below:

Entitled to 15 lucky draw entries
- The Total No. of Eligible Lucky Draw Entries for each Eligible Participant shall be calculated within 15 days from the end of the Campaign Period, i.e. by 31st March 2026.
- The Winners for each Lucky Draw Prizes will be selected randomly (“Winner”). The Winners will be selected and announced within forty-five (45) days from the end of the Campaign Period, i.e. by 30th April 2026 (“Winner Announcement Period”).
- The Lucky Draw Prizes will be fulfilled to the Winner’s e-Mas account within sixty (60) days from the end of the Campaign Period, i.e. by 15th May 2026 (“Reward Distribution Period”).
- Each Eligible Participant who fulfils all the criteria stated in Clause 3, 4 and 5 herein is entitled to a chance to win the Lucky Draw Prize, capped at one (1) Lucky Draw Prize per Eligible Participant.
Other Campaign Terms and Conditions
- If the Eligible Participant closes their TNG eWallet account prior to the Reward Distribution Date, the Eligible Participant shall be automatically disqualified from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to the Campaign Reward(s).
- Eligible Participants are entitled to participate concurrently in other promotions or campaigns organised by TNGD during the Campaign Period.
- By participating in this Campaign, users agree to allow TNGD the right to use names, private details and photographs of the Users and/or Winners, for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes, in accordance with applicable laws without any cost or compensation.
- Eligible Participants shall be personally liable for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under the applicable laws in relation to the prizes and this Campaign.
- TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits pursuant to this Campaign, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breach of any TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/assets/pdf/user-tnc.pdf
- Organisers reserve the right, at any time, to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions herein anytime by giving written notice through the TNGD websites or social media platforms owned by TNGD.
- The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify/reject any users who do not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.
- The Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any losses howsoever arising or suffered by the users whether arising directly or indirectly from the Users’ participation in this Campaign or otherwise.
- Each user agrees that by participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participants allow and consent for the Organisers to collect, retain, process and use all information and personal data which have been provided by the participants to the Organisers while participating in this Campaign including photographs of the participants and/or winners, if any, (“Personal Data”) in accordance with the Organisers’ respective privacy and disclose and share the Personal Data among each Organiser’s group of companies, authorised agents and service provider (who have agreed to keep your Personal Data confidential) for purposes of providing Eligible Participants our products and services or any other related services and any other related purposes in accordance with the requirement of the relevant laws, without any payment or compensation.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the TNGD’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.touchngo.com.my/terms-conditions/general-campaign-terms-and-conditions/.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- In the event of any inconsistencies, discrepancies or conflicts between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
