Crossborder QR Year End Escapes

1.      The Year End Escapes with Crossborder QR Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD”) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

2.      This Campaign is scheduled to run from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).

3.      Participation in this Campaign is open to all registered TNG eWallet users who perform Overseas QR transactions in China, Korea, and Japan via the TNG eWallet mobile application through Alipay+ rail during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).

 

Campaign Mechanics

 

This Campaign consists of two (2) mechanics:

 Mechanic 1: Spin the Wheel

 

(i)                  Eligible Users will receive one (1) spin chance for every successful Overseas QR transaction (1 Overseas QR transaction = 1 spin chance). 

(ii)                Spin chances and cashback vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. [XF1] 

(iii)               Users can win cashback vouchers worth RM0.10, RM0.20, RM0.50, RM2.00, RM5.00, RM8.00, or RM10.00.

(iv)               A maximum of 10 vouchers is limited per user throughout the Campaign Period.

(v)                 Each cashback voucher requires a minimum spend to be used:

Mechanic 2: Monthly Top Spenders

 

(i)                  At the end of each month during the Campaign Period, one (1) top spender per country (China, Korea, Japan) will be selected as a Winner.

 

(ii)                Each Monthly Top Spender will win 2g eMAS.

 

(iii)               Total spending will be calculated based on all eligible Overseas QR transactions from the start to the end of the respective month.

 

(iv)               In total, there will be nine (9) winners for the entire Campaign Period:

(v)                 The list of winners will be announced on the 15th of the following month (e.g., October’s monthly top spender will be announced on 15 November) through TNGD’s official social media channels. 

(vi)               Winners will be notified via email following the registered email address of their TNG eWallet.

a.      Winners must respond to the email within three (3) days from the date the email is sent.

b.      If a winner fails to respond or acknowledge such email, TNGD reserve the right to forfeit the prize from the winner, and the prize shall be deemed void.

(vii)             TNGD reserves the right to request proof of transactions from the winners to verify the authenticity and eligibility of the transactions before awarding the prizes.

 

(viii)           TNGD reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes listed above with another prize of equivalent value due to any reason as determined by TNGD.

(ix)               All prizes are non-transferable to another individual and non-negotiable. No replacement and/or exchange of prize will be entertained. 

(x)                 The selection of the winners shall be final and binding and no queries, challenges, or appeals shall be made to TNGD. 

(xi)               TNGD will not be responsible for any disputes or claims that arise from the winner’s failure to receive
