Crossborder DuitNow QR: Cashback Fiesta

1.      The Crossborder DuitNow QR: Cashback Fiesta (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (201701042478) (“TNGD“) and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

2.      This Campaign is scheduled to run from 15 December 2025 to 15 February 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

3.      Participation in this Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet users who make overseas transactions in Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia via Crossborder DuitNow QR during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).

 

 Campaign Cashback

 Eligible Users will be entitled to receive randomized cashback for up to ten (10) transactions during the Campaign Period, subject to the following conditions:

General

1.      TNGD reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or extend the Campaign prior to the expiration of the Campaign Period at any time by providing prior notice to users on the TNG eWallet website at www.touchngo.com.my/ and/or TNG eWallet app.

 

 Permissions

1.      By participating in this Campaign, all participants:

a.      consent for TNGD to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation; and

b.      consent for TNGD to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

c.      grant TNGD the right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation. 

Lain-lain

1.      TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with prior notice to the users if the users are found to have been in breached of any TNG Digital’s Users Terms and Conditions.
