CarInsure: Up to RM50 CASHBACK Campaign

Terma & Syarat

  1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (“TNGD”).
  2. The Promotion Period is from 19 Jan 2026 to 30 April 2026, inclusive of both dates.

Eligibility Criteria

New-to-CarInsure (NTC) Users

  1. “New-to-CarInsure” (NTC) refers to users who have never purchased a car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure in their TNG eWallet account.
  2. NTC users who apply the promo code “CARINSURE” during the purchase of a comprehensive car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure are entitled to RM50 cashback per transaction, subject to a minimum Gross Premium of RM500, during the Promotion Period.
  3. NTC users who do not meet the minimum Gross Premium requirement of RM500 will only be entitled to RM20 cashback.

Existing CarInsure (ETC) Users

  1. “Existing-to-CarInsure” (ETC) refers to users who have previously completed a successful CarInsure transaction via their TNG eWallet account.
  2. ETC users who apply the promo code “CARINSURE” during the purchase of a comprehensive car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure are entitled to RM20 cashback per transaction, during the Promotion Period.

 

General Terms

  1. Cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet within 10 working days from the date of policy or certificate issuance.
  2. Combined or split transactions are not allowed and will not be eligible for cashback.
  3. Only one (1) promo code may be used per transaction. The promo code “CARINSURE” must be entered at checkout to be valid.
  4. Total cashback allocation for this Promotion is capped at RM146,500 on a first-come, first-served basis. The Promotion will end once the allocation is fully redeemed or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.
  5. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or voucher redemptions.
  6. For clarity, this Promotion is only valid for transactions made via the CarInsure platform within the TNG eWallet app. Transactions conducted via offline channels or third-party platforms are not eligible.
  7. Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be accumulated or redeemed for cash.
  8. This Promotion is not applicable to reload transactions, gift card purchases, or in-store services.
  9. The TNG eWallet Terms of Service apply to all uses of the promo code, including the “CARINSURE” code. TNGD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion with prior notice.
  10. TNGD reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits (with prior notice) from users found to be in breach of its User Terms and Conditions, available at:
