With over two decades of experience spanning financial services, digital transformation, and cross-border human capital management, Erlny keeps TNG Digital’s talent-first approach grounded and commercially relevant, ensuring people priorities are aligned with the ambitions of the platform and the communities it serves.

Prior to joining TNG Digital, Erlny served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Touch ‘n Go, where she played a central role in shaping the people strategy. Her career has taken her across diverse markets and institutions, from professional services in Shanghai to financial services across the region, giving her a rare combination of regional depth, financial services expertise, and hands-on experience scaling people functions through periods of significant growth, having held senior leadership roles at CIMB and Ernst & Young China.
