- YOUTHopia is designed exclusively for youth users below 18 years old, offering a curated experience focused on education, discovery, and engagement with key high value financial use cases appropriate for youths.

- YOUTHopia is not a rewards only campaign.
The campaign page serves primarily as an educational and engagement hub. While some features may offer rewards, vouchers, cashback, or deals, not all features will include incentives. - Any rewards or benefits (if applicable) are:

- The YOUTHopia Campaign is open to selected Touch ’n Go eWallet users below eighteen (18) years old
- How do I access the YOUTHopia campaign page?
- Opening the TNG eWallet app and tapping on the YOUTHopia tile (if available); or
- Entering via in-app banners or notifications shown during the Campaign Period.
- What are Limited Time Vouchers (LTV) and deals?
- Where offered, Limited Time Vouchers (LTV) or deals:
- Are made available during selected time periods
- May be distributed on a randomised or first come, first served basis
- Are subject to limited quantities and availability
- All LTVs and deals:
- Are non transferable and non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used before their stated expiry date
- Where offered, Limited Time Vouchers (LTV) or deals:
- Where can I find my redeemed vouchers or rewards?
- All redeemed vouchers (if any) can be found under the “My Rewards” section within the GOrewards landing page.

- If a transaction is cancelled, reversed, or refunded:
- Any associated cashback, voucher, discount, or benefit may be voided or reversed.
