1.     What is the TNG eWallet Online Super Sale?

The Online Super Sale is TNG eWallet’s year-end campaign happening from 12 November to 11 December 2025. During this period, users can enjoy exclusive cashback, promo codes, and GOrewards vouchers worth up to RM2,900,000 when they pay with TNG eWallet at participating merchants.

 

2.     How do I participate?

Simply open your TNG eWallet app and:

a.     Tap on the “Year-End Sale” tile on the homepage or look out for the Online Super Sale banners on the app

b.     Browse the list of participating merchants and vouchers

c.     Redeem available vouchers or deals

d.     Utilize the vouchers or deals based on the respective terms & conditions 

 

3.     Who is eligible to join this campaign?

This Campaign is open to the following participant(s) who meet all of the following criteria:

a.     The participant shall be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“TNG eWallet”) user; and

b.     The participant’s TNG eWallet account is registered with and linked to a valid Malaysian mobile number.

 

4.     What types of vouchers and deals can I redeem from the Campaign?

There are three types of offers available:

a.     Free vouchers – Redeem these at no cost. No GOrewards points or payment required.

b.     Point-based vouchers – Redeem using your GOrewards points.

c.     Deals – Redeem using both GOreward points and payment to purchase. 

Some vouchers may be cashback, while others are discount/promo code vouchers that you apply at checkout.

 

5.     When will I receive my cashback or reward?

The timing depends on the type of voucher and its respective terms and conditions. 

a.     Cashback vouchers – credited to your TNG eWallet account after the qualifying transaction. [Claim > Pay > cashback]

b.     Promo code / discount vouchers – Must be applied at checkout for the discount to take effect for the qualifying pre-transaction. [Claim > reveal code > apply > pay]

c.     Promotional Deals – Delivered by the catalogue partners after completing the qualifying transaction

 

6.     Where can I find and use my vouchers?

All redeemed vouchers are available under the “My Rewards” section in the GOrewards landing page. GOrewards landing page can be accessed through the homepage of the TNG eWallet app.

 

7.     My voucher didn’t appear, or discount/cashback/deal wasn’t received, what should I do?

If your voucher, or discount/cashback is not reflected after 3 working days, please:

a.     Check that your transaction met the campaign’s requirements and the respective voucher’s terms and conditions (e.g. spend amount, participating merchant, payment via TNG eWallet)

b.     Some discounts or promotional deals are fulfilled directly by the merchant or catalogue partner and may take additional time to be delivered.

c.     If still unresolved, contact Customer Service via Help Centre in your TNG eWallet app. Attach your transaction receipt for faster assistance

  

8.     Can I redeem more than one voucher or cashback?

Yes, you may redeem multiple different vouchers or rewards during the campaign, as long as:

a.     The campaign budget or merchant quota is not fully claimed; and

b.     You meet the voucher’s respective terms and conditions (e.g. minimum spend)

Note: Each user can only redeem one of each specific free voucher during the campaign period, unless stated otherwise. For points-based vouchers and deals, redemptions are subject to the respective voucher’s redemption limit as stated in its individual terms. Participants may redeem if they have sufficient GOrewards points balance, unless stated otherwise.

 

9.     When do the vouchers expire?

Each voucher or deal has its specific validity period. Once expired, the voucher or reward cannot be reinstated. Do remember to use them before they expire to enjoy the benefits.

 

10.  Are there any limits to the rewards?

Each voucher or deal may have a limited quantity set by the campaign or the merchant, on a first-come, first served basis. Once you have successfully redeemed or purchased a voucher/deal, you can use it as long as it is within the validity period.

 

11.  What if I cancel or refund my transaction?

If a transaction is cancelled or refunded, the associated cashback, discount or reward will be voided and/or reversed.
