Universal QR Scan2Spin Lucky Draw Campaign: January 2026

1. What is the duration of GOrewards Prizes Giveaway?
The Universal QR Scan2Spin Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 01 January 2026 – 31 January 2026 for duration of thirty-one (31) days (“Contest Period”).

2. Who can participate in the Campaign?
The Campaign is only open to users who have received the Lucky Draw Voucher(s) (“Voucher(s)”) with participating in the Universal QR Scan2Spin Campaign.

3. How many times can I participate in Campaign?
You can have multiple entries to participate in the Campaign by collecting more Lucky Draw Voucher(s) from the Universal QR Scan2Spin campaign until 31 January 2026 to increase your chances of winning a prize.

4. If I change my mind once I claimed the Voucher(s), can I un-claim it and choose a different one?
No, redeemed vouchers are irreversible. Once redeemed, users will not be able to return/exchange the voucher and choose a different one.

5. Can I redeem the Voucher(s) for cashback?
Redeemed Voucher(s) will not give any cashback/discount and cannot be utilized. It will be kept as record of entry to the Campaign only.

6. What is the validity of the Voucher(s) I have claimed?
The Vouchers claimed will expire/disappear by 31 January 2026.

7. What can I win by participating in the Campaign?
You stand a chance to win a prize. Please refer to the specific Universal QR Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions for more information.

8. How are Campaign winners being chosen?
The Campaign winners will be chosen randomly by TNGD. This is subjected to the event that the winners successfully answered ONE (1) question for verification purpose when contacted by TNGD, then the prizes will be fulfilled.

9. How many units of prizes can I win during the entire Contest Period?
Each eligible participant is entitled to win only ONE (1) prize during the entire duration of the Contest Period.

10. How will I know that I have won in the Campaign?
Winner announcement will be made within SEVEN (7) working days from after the Contest Period through the GOrewards promotion page, Facebook or Instagram posts. The winners will then be contacted by TNGD via email and/or SMS. Winners are required to provide proof of identification and contact details to TNGD via email for prize collection arrangement.

11. I have been selected as a winner. When will I receive my prize?
The prize will be fulfilled within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners. In the event that it is not met, TNGD reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

12. What if I cannot be contacted due to invalid contact details or other reasons?
The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted by within ONE (1) week from the announcement date. Therefore, TNGD has the right to select the next eligible winner at its absolute discretion.

13. How do I get or collect my prize?
All eligible winners will be contacted by TNGD via email and/or SMS for prize delivery/collection arrangement and are required to reply via the same email received. TNGD has the right to select the next eligible winner at its absolute discretion if the winners cannot be contacted by within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.

14. If I have won a prize, can I exchange it for cash or other products?
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or any other kind whether in part or in full. However, subjecting to stock availability, TNGD reserves all rights at any time, to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price (RRP) if the prize fulfilment is not met within THREE (3) months upon successfully contacting the winners.

15. Who or where can I complain to as my prize did not arrive as expected (missing items, scratches on products etc.)?
TNGD makes no warranties or representations with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the prizes associated with the Campaign.
