  1. What is the Search & Win Treasure Hunt campaign?
    • Search & Win Treasure Hunt is a campaign where you can search for special keywords in the TNG eWallet app for a chance to win TNG eWallet credits and exciting prizes. Keyword clues will be shared on TNG Digital’s official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS), throughout the campaign.
  2. Who can participate?
    • The campaign is open to active users with a valid and verified TNG eWallet account. TNGD reserves the right to exclude users whose accounts are suspended, flagged, or otherwise not in good standing. Employees of TNGD or entities shall not be eligible to participate in the campaign.

    • • The campaign runs from 23 July 2026 until 3 September 2026.
  1. What types of rewards are available under this Campaign?
    • Standard Keyword Rewards: Random TNG eWallet credits worth RM0.05 to RM10.
    • Legendary Drop: Special prizes featured throughout the campaign include Pokémon Cards, MLBB Points, and 100kg worth of Musang King durian. Users who find a Legendary keyword will receive a lucky draw entry for the corresponding prize.
  2. How do I participate?
    • Open the TNG eWallet app, enter the campaign keyword into the search bar, and tap search.
      • If you’ve entered a correct Standard Keyword, you’ll see a redemption link. Tap the link to claim your Standard Keyword Reward.
      • If you’ve entered a correct Legendary Drop keyword, you’ll receive one (1) Lucky Draw entry for the corresponding Legendary Drop prize.
      • If the keyword is incorrect, you won’t receive a redemption link or Lucky Draw entry, but you’re welcome to try again.
  1. Where can I find the keyword clues?
    • Keyword clues will be shared on TNG eWallet’s official social media channels, in-app messages, emails and other promotional materials throughout the campaign period.
  1. How often are keywords refreshed?
    • New keywords will be introduced every two weeks throughout the campaign. Each refresh comes with its own set of keywords and reward pool. Refresh periods:
      • 23 July 2026 – 5 August 2026
      • 6 August 2026 – 19 August 2026
      • 20 August 2026 – 3 September 2026
  1. How many times can I win per refresh?
    • You can search as many times as you’d like during the campaign. However, you can only redeem one Standard Keyword Reward per refresh period. Legendary Drops are separate and are not affected by this limit.
  2. How are rewards awarded?
    • Standard Rewards are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while rewards are available for each refresh period. For Legendary Drop prizes, winner(s) will be selected via a Lucky Draw at the end of the applicable refresh period.
  1. What happens if a reward pool runs out?
    • If all available rewards for a refresh period have been claimed, no further rewards will be awarded for that refresh period. Users can try again when the next keyword refresh begins.
  1. What happens if I hit a legendary keyword?
    • If you successfully find a Legendary Drop keyword during the applicable refresh period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw for the corresponding Legendary Drop prize.
  1. How will I know if I won a legendary prize?
    • Lucky Draw winner(s) will receive a notification in their TNG eWallet app with details on how to claim their prize. Winners may also be contacted if additional information is required.
  1. When will I receive my reward?
    • For Standard Rewards, your TNG eWallet account balance should reflect the credited amount immediately upon successful redemption via the link. For Legendary Drop prizes, subject to you providing accurate contact details within the timeframe specified by TNGD. If you win the 100kg Musang King durian, you will receive an e-voucher via email for redemption of the Reward and shall be required to redeem such Reward on or before 21 August 2026.
  1. How do I enjoy my 100kg Musang King durian if I win?
  • • If you are selected as the Lucky Draw winner for the 100kg Musang King durian:
    • E-voucher by email — You will receive an e-voucher via email. You must redeem it on or before 21 August 2026.
    • Make an appointment — Redemption is strictly by appointment only. You must confirm your preferred visit date by email and provide at least four (4) days’ prior notice before your preferred date, so the durian supply can be arranged.
    • Confirmation of date and time — The final appointment date and time will be confirmed by TNGD and its appointed vendor, subject to durian availability and operational arrangements.
    • Present e-voucher and valid ID — On the confirmed date, you must present the e-voucher to the appointed vendor together with a valid identification document for verification.
    • Transportation — You are solely responsible for arranging your own transportation to the vendor’s premise. TNGD will not be responsible for any transportation or other costs associated with this Reward.
    • Whole-fruit weight — The reward refers to Musang King durian based on whole fruit weight, not durian pulp weight, and can be enjoyed at the vendor’s premise.
    • Seasonal availability and substitution — The durian is perishable and subject to seasonal availability. TNGD reserves the right to substitute this Reward with an alternative reward of similar value in the event of unavailability.
  1. Bolehkah saya menukar atau memindahkan ganjaran saya?
    • No. Campaign prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
