The Campaign Period runs for 4 weeks, from 7 April 2026 to 11 May 2026, inclusive of both dates.

  1. Who is eligible for this campaign?

You are eligible if you are a verified TNG eWallet Remittance user sending money to Nepal. To enjoy the 0-transfer fee, you must have never made a remittance transaction before using TNG eWallet.

  1. How do I enjoy the 0-transfer fee?

Simply make your first remittance transaction to Nepal via eSewa during the campaign period. The 0-transfer fee will be automatically applied.

  1. Can I enjoy the 0-transfer fee more than once?

No. The 0-transfer fee is limited to your first remittance transaction only.

  1. How do I win the 20,000 NPR prize?

Users who successfully complete remittance transactions to Nepal during the campaign period will automatically be entered into a weekly lucky draw.

  • eSewa will contact the lucky draw winners directly.
  • eSewa is solely responsible for fulfilling and distributing the 20,000 NPR cash prize to the winners.
  1. Can I use this campaign together with other promotions?

No. This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, unless stated otherwise.

  1. How will I know if the 0-transfer fee is applied?

You will see the transfer fee waived (RM0) on the transaction confirmation screen before completing your transfer.
