Spotify Premium : RM1 Cashback Voucher

Q1        What is this promotion?

This campaign rewards selected users with a Spotify cashback voucher RM1 (“Cashback Voucher”), when they make transaction with their TNG eWallet. User are eligible to receive ONE (1) Spotify RM1 cashback voucher with min spend of RM17.50 (“Campaign”).

Q2        What is the duration of this promotion?

The Campaign Period is from 1 October 2025 until 30 November 2025, both dates inclusive.

Q3        Who is eligible for this promotion?

The campaign is only open to selected users who make transaction to Spotify with their eWallet.

Q4        When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion for the requirements?

The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. 

Q5        How long will the Cashback Voucher be available for me to use?

The validity of the Cashback Voucher is 60 days upon voucher issuance. Any unused cashback voucher thereafter will expire.

Q6        If I forget to use my Cashback Voucher, can the voucher be reinstated?

If users do not spend the Cashback Voucher within validity period, the amount will be forfeited. Any unused voucher cannot be reinstated.
