    Scan the official QR code announced on SHARP’s Facebook & Instagram Stories. You will be redirected to the Spin & Win page within the Touch ’n Go eWallet app.
  2. When is the Spin & Win available?
    Spin & Win is available on selected days and for limited time windows only, as announced by SHARP.
  3. Why can’t I spin even though the announced time has not ended?
    The Spin & Win mechanic will end immediately once all allocated rewards are fully redeemed, regardless of the announced time window.
  4. Who is eligible to participate?
    Users with a valid and active Touch ’n Go eWallet account who access the Spin & Win page via the official QR code.
  5. How many times can I spin?
    Each eligible user is allowed one (1) spin per campaign. Users may participate again in subsequent campaigns, subject to availability.
  6. What rewards can I win?
    Participants stand a chance to win angpow rewards of varying values, credited as Touch ’n Go eWallet credits, while stocks last.
  7. When will I receive my reward?
    Winning rewards will be credited instantly into your Touch ’n Go eWallet upon a successful spin.
  8. Can I transfer or exchange my reward?
    No. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  9. Can I use multiple accounts to participate?
    No. Use of multiple or duplicate accounts is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
