SafeTrip Post Departure RM6 Cashback

​1. What is this promotion?

The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who make an overseas transaction using their TNG Visa Card or Overseas QR payment during the Campaign Period. Eligible users will receive a SafeTrip RM6 cashback voucher, which can be found under the “My Rewards” section of the GOrewards page in their TNG eWallet account (“Targeted Users”).

The first 1,000 Targeted Users who purchase a SafeTrip policy within the Campaign Period / Voucher Validity Period will be entitled to RM6 cashback on their SafeTrip purchase (“Eligible Users”).

2. What is the duration of this promotion?

The Promotion Period is from 10th November 2025 to 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive.

3. Is there any minimum spend requirement per transaction?

Yes, Eligible Users will receive RM6 off their SafeTrip purchase in a single transaction, with a minimum spend of RM6 required.

4. Will everyone who receives the voucher enjoy RM6 off on their SafeTrip purchase?

No. Only the first 1,000 users who purchase a SafeTrip policy during the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive RM6 cashback, on a first come, first served basis.

5. How long is the RM6 cashback voucher valid?

The RM6 SafeTrip cashback voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

6. When can I receive the cashback?

The Cashback will be credited instantly to the eligible users’ respective TNG eWallet accounts upon successful SafeTrip purchase.

7. Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?

This Campaign will cease at the end of the Campaign Period or once 1,000 Eligible Users have successfully claimed the RM6 cashback, whichever is earlier.

8. Who should I contact if I do not receive the cashback within five working days after the policy is issued?
