Q1. What is this Campaign?

This Campaign is exclusively for new TNG eWallet Remittance users who have never performed any remittance transaction via TNG eWallet Remittance before. During the Campaign Period, eligible users who successfully complete at least one (1) remittance transaction shall stand a chance to win five grams (5g) of gold, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, eligible users who have never transacted on International Top Up before will be entitled for a RM5 cashback for their first International Top Up.

Q2. What is the duration of this Campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 15 February 2026 until 31 March 2026, inclusive of both dates.

Q3. Who is eligible for this Campaign?

To be eligible, users must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a new and verified TNG eWallet Remittance user;
• Have never conducted any remittance transaction via TNG eWallet Remittance prior to the Campaign Period; and
• Successfully complete at least one (1) remittance transaction during the Campaign Period.

Q4. How do I qualify for the RM5 International Prepaid cashback?

To qualify for the Cashback, you must have never performed any International Top-Up transaction via TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period. During the Campaign Period, you must successfully complete your first International Top-Up transaction with a minimum amount of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) or above. Upon meeting these criteria, you will receive one (1) RM5 cashback, subject to the applicable Campaign Terms and Conditions.

Q5. Are there any capping or limitations to this Campaign?

Yes. A total of seven (7) winners will be selected for this Campaign, with one (1) winner per eligible nationality, as specified in the Campaign Terms and Conditions. Each eligible user is entitled to win one (1) Prize only throughout the Campaign Period.

Q6. What is the Prize for this Campaign?

The Prize for this Campaign is five grams (5g) of gold. The gold brand, form, and specifications shall be determined by TNG Digital at its sole discretion.

Q7. How are the winners selected?

Winners will be selected after the end of the campaign period, based on the criteria (lucky draw) determined by TNG Digital Remittance at its sole discretion, in accordance with the campaign Terms & Conditions.

Q8. How and when will winners be notified?

• Winners will be announced on the official TNG Digital website within thirty (30) days after the end of the Campaign Period.
• Winners will be contacted within fourteen (14) working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays) via their registered contact details.
• If a winner fails to respond after three (3) contact attempts, the Prize shall be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible user, as determined by TNG Digital.

Q9. Can this Campaign be combined with other promotions or discounts?

No, this Campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or campaigns unless otherwise stated by TNG Digital.

Q10. Is the Prize transferable or redeemable for cash?

No. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
