Q1. What is this Campaign?

This campaign is exclusively for Bangladeshi TNG eWallet users who are first-time remittance senders to bKash. During the campaign period, these users can enjoy a remittance fee waiver on their first transfer to bKash. The fee waiver will be provided in the form of a promo code, which can be availed on the user’s Active Rewards page.

Q2. What is the duration of this Campaign?

The Campaign Period is from 10th October 2025 until 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive.

Q3. Who is eligible for this Campaign?

To be eligible for this campaign, users must meet all of the following criteria:

·       Be a Bangladeshi nationality TNG eWallet user;

·       Have successfully completed TNG eWallet Remittance Verification; and

·       Be a first-time remittance sender to a bKash eWallet via TNG eWallet Remittance.

Q4. Are there any capping or limitations to this Campaign?

Yes, the promo code is limited to the first 10,000 eligible users only. Each eligible user is entitled to one (1) promo code throughout the entire campaign period, and the promo code can be used only once.

Q5. How do I get the Fee Waiver?

The fee waiver will be provided in the form of a promo code. If you are eligible, the promo code will be available in your TNG eWallet account under the Active Vouchers tab.

Q6. When can I use the promo code?

You can use the promo code at any time within the campaign period, as long as it has not expired and has not been used before.

Q7. How can I find my promo code?

You can find your promo code by tapping on GOrewards in your TNG eWallet and then selecting My Rewards. Your promo code will be listed there under the Active Vouchers tab.

Q8. Can I combine this campaign with other vouchers or promotions?

No, this campaign cannot be used together with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
