Q1 What does this Campaign offer?
A1 This campaign rewards users with RM10 cashback when they reload their TNG eWallet using a Visa credit or debit card issued in Singapore with a minimum RM150 in a single transaction.
Q2 When is the campaign period?
A2 The campaign runs from 15 September 2025 until 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.
Q3 Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
A3 You are eligible if you:
a) Have an active TNG eWallet account
b) Reload using a Visa Credit or Debit card issued in Singapore;
c) Reload via manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment
d) Reload a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction.
Q4 What reward can I receive from this campaign?
A4 Each user is entitled to receive only RM10 cashback once during the entire campaign period.
Q5 Is there a limit for cashback?
A5 Yes. Cashback is limited to the first 1100 eligible users per week on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q6 How will the cashback be credited?
A6 Cashback will be credited directly to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet with 5 working days (T+5) from the cashback fulfillment date
Q7 Why didn’t I receive the cashback?
A7 You may not receive the cashback if:
• Your Visa card is issued in Malaysia or other foreign countries;
• Your reload was less than RM150 in a single transaction;
• You have already redeemed the cashback once;
• The weekly cashback limit (1100 users) was already reached; or
• Your account is inactive, terminated, or flagged for suspicious activity..
Q8 Will I be notified if I missed out on the cashback?
A8 No, there will be no notification if the weekly or monthly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
