Referee RM3 Cashback Voucher

1.    What is the Referee RM3 Cashback Voucher?
It is a cashback voucher awarded to new remittance users when they are referred by a friend or family member by scanning the Referrer’s QR code or clicking the invitation link shared with them.

2.    What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign Period is from 2 January 2025 until 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive.

3.    Who is eligible to receive the RM3 Cashback Voucher?
Any new remittance users who are referred by a friend or family member by scanning the Referrer’s QR code or clicking the invitation link shared with them may receive a new user RM3 cashback voucher.

4.    Can I make get more than one RM3 Cashback Voucher?
No, each Referee is only eligible to receive the Cashback Voucher once, regardless of the number of Referrers.

5.    How do I redeem the RM3 Cashback Voucher?
To redeem the Cashback Voucher, the Referrer must perform a remittance transaction with a minimum transfer amount of RM50 via TNG Digital Remittance Service. Upon meeting the voucher requirement, the Referee will receive the RM3 cashback. The Cashback Voucher is limited to the first 10,000 eligible remittance transactions only, the Campaign will cease once the cashback has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.

6.    When will the cashback be credited to me upon completion of the requirements?
The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically upon meeting the voucher conditions.

7.    What is the validity period of the RM3 Cashback Voucher?
RM3 Cashback Voucher is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. Any unused voucher after this period will automatically expire.
