This promotion is valid from 15th October 2025 until 14th November 2025, limited to the first eligible transactions per month as shown in the table above throughout the promotion period. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
Q3 Who is eligible for this promotion?
New-to-Prepaid Internet users who have never purchased Internet Plan via TNG eWallet ‘MY Prepaid’ function.
Q4 When will I receive the cashback?
The Cashback Voucher will automatically be saved under “My Rewards” section in the user’s TNG eWallet App and is available to use for the user’s next eligible transaction. The cashback amount will be credited into user’s TNG eWallet automatically after the eligible transaction. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
Q5 How many times can I enjoy this promotion?
Each selected TNG eWallet user is entitled to enjoy each Cashback and Cashback Voucher ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period.
