Perlindungan Tenang RM5 Cashback Promotion 2025

1. What is this Promotion?
This promotion rewards users who purchase Perlindungan Tenang products via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet platform during the Promotion Period with an RM5 cashback.

2. When is the Promotion Period?
The Promotion Period runs from 18 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

3. Who is eligible to participate in this Promotion?
All Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who successfully purchase Perlindungan Tenang products through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet platform during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate in this promotion.

4. I used a RM30 Perlindungan Tenang Voucher to make the purchase. Am I still eligible?
Yes. Users who successfully make a purchase using the RM30 Perlindungan Tenang Voucher are also eligible to receive the RM5 cashback during the Promotion Period.

5. How and when will I receive the RM5 cashback?
The RM5 cashback will be credited into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days from the date the certificate or policy is issued.

6. How many times can I receive the cashback?
Each user is entitled to only one (1) cashback throughout the Promotion Period.

7. What is the total cashback allocation for this Promotion?
The total cashback allocation for this Promotion is capped at RM200,000, based on a first-come, first-served basis. The Promotion will end once the total allocation has been fully redeemed or on 31 December 2025, whichever comes first.

8. What types of transactions are NOT eligible for cashback?
The following transactions are not eligible for cashback:

  • Transactions that are declined or refunded
  • Split or combined transactions
  • Transactions made through offline channels or third-party platforms

9. Can I enjoy this Promotion together with other ongoing promotions or vouchers?
No. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or voucher redemptions.

10. Can the cashback be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. Where can I purchase the Perlindungan Tenang products?
Perlindungan Tenang products can only be purchased through the Perlindungan Tenang platform in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application.
