    The Stampcard is a feature within the TNG eWallet that allows selected users to complete designated missions and earn rewards.
  2. What is the campaign period?
    The campaign period is from 26 Aug 2025 to 31 Dec 2025, inclusive of both dates.
  3. How will the campaign end?
    The campaign will conclude when all rewards have been distributed or at the end of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
  4. Who is eligible for the New User Stampcard Campaign?
    The New User Stampcard is available to selected new users only who can access it via designated promotional banners, in-app popups, or a dedicated homepage tile within the TNG eWallet.
  5. What do I need to do to get a chance for a reward?
    Eligible Users must complete ONE (1) mission to receive ONE (1) chance to draw a randomized cashback reward.

  1. How many coins can I earn in this campaign?

  2. Are the coins I collect transferable to other users?
    Coins collected are non-transferable and cannot be shared or combined with other users’ accounts.
  3. Can I complete more than one mission in a day?
    Yes, eligible users can complete multiple missions and earn coins in a day.
  4. What kind of rewards can I get from this campaign?
    The rewards are in the form of Cashback credits that will be randomly awarded via a draw after you complete a mission.
  5. How will I receive my Cashback reward?
    The claimed Cashback credit will be immediately credited to your eWallet balance upon successful reward claim.
  6. Is there a limit to the amount of Cashback rewards that can be claimed?
    Yes, the Cashback credit rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 635,000 successful rewards claimed.
  7. How long is the Cashback credit I claimed valid for?
    Each Cashback credit is valid for THIRTY (30) days from the date it is claimed.
  8. What happens if I don’t use my Cashback credit within the validity period? Unused cashback will be forfeited without replacement or extension.
