  1. What is the Mission Hunt Campaign?
    The Mission Hunt Campaign is a campaign where you complete everyday transactions (“Missions”) to earn chances to spin a reward wheel (“Spin”). Each Spin gives you randomised reward – which would be a cashback voucher, discount voucher, or a Lucky Draw Entry for a chance to win the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.

 

  1. How does the Campaign work?
    The Campaign has two (2) parts:Part 1 – Spin & Win Prizes
    Complete Missions to earn Spin chances. Each Spin awards you one of the available prizes on a randomised basis, such as cashback vouchers, discount voucher or a Lucky Draw Entry.Part 2 – Lucky Draw Entry
    Some Spins may land on a Lucky Draw Entry. Each Lucky Draw Entry gives you one entry (1) into the Grand Prize Lucky Draw to win one (1) unit of a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. This Lucky Draw Entries are only available from 23 May 2026 to 30 June 2026.

 

  1. Whan is the campaign period?
    The Campaign runs from 23 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Any unused Spins after the Campaign Period will expire.  Any Spins after the Entry Period but within the Campaign Period remain eligible for all other prizes, but will not yield a Lucky Draw Entry.

 

  1. How can I earn chances to spin?
    You are required to complete the missions listed on the Campaign page using your TNG eWallet. Each completed mission earns you one (1) spin, and you can only receive up to seven (7) spins per week. The missions reset weekly, so keep completing them to maximise your rewards.

 

  1. I completed a mission, but I did not receive a chance to spin?
    Every successfully completed eligible mission will be granted one (1) Spin. If you do not immediately see your chances update after you have completed a mission, kindly refresh the Campaign page by pulling down from the top or revisiting the page to refresh to the chances to spin.

 

  1. How many reward chances can I earn?
    Each completed mission gives you one (1) chance to Spin.

 

  1. Can I purchase chances to spin?
    No. Spin chances can only be earned by completing Missions and are not available for purchase.

 

  1. What rewards can I receive from a Spin?
    Each Spin gives you a chance to win one of the following rewards:
  • Online Cashback Vouchers (RM0.10, RM0.20, or RM0.30)
  • In-Store Cashback Vouchers (RM0.10, RM0.20, or RM0.30)
  • 3% Visa Card Cashback Voucher (capped at RM3.00)
  • 10% off Eggette Lab Discount Voucher
  • Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Lucky Draw Entry. *Each reward is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated in the voucher details.

 

  1. How can I claim my rewards?
    Your rewards are automatically saved to your “My Rewards” section in your TNG eWallet after each successful spin.

 

  1. Can I exchange my reward voucher for a different voucher?
    No, rewards are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

 

  1. How long are the rewards valid for?
    Each reward has their own validity period. Kindly refer to the reward details under “My Rewards” section in your TNG eWallet for the exact expiry date and applicable conditions.

 

  1. How do I win the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra?
    If your Spin lands on a Lucky Draw Entry, you will automatically be entered into the draw for a chance to win one (1) unit of the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. The more Lucky Draw Entries you collect, the higher your chances of winning. For full terms, kindly refer here.
