Q1. What is this promotion?
The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who successfully make their first-ever purchase of Med Insure during Campaign period (“Eligible Users”). Each successful transaction entitles the Eligible User to ONE (1) entry to participate in the Med Insure Yearend Campaign ‘Why Wait? Get Covered, Get Rewarded’ Campaign Spin the Wheel gamification activity and earn a guaranteed randomized Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin amount of RM10, RM20, RM50 or RM500.

Q2 What is the duration of this promotion?
The Campaign Period is from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

Q3. When and where can I play the gamification activity?
Eligible Users who successfully purchase a Med Insure Insurance plan during the campaign period will receive an email communication from AIA within two (2) working days after the successful transaction. This email will contain access to the Med Insure Yearend Campaign ‘Why Wait? Get Covered, Get Rewarded’ Campaign Spin the Wheel gamification activity, where users can play and review the reload pin value.  

Q4. Which email should I check for the gamification link?
The gamification email will be sent to the registered email address of the eWallet account owner who made the purchase on Med Insure.

Q5. What I need to do when I receive the gamification email?
You need to open the email and enter the phone number registered with your TNG eWallet. Then, click “Start” and spin the wheel to reveal your reload pin value.

Q6. How many times can I play per email that I receive?
Each successful Med Insure transaction qualifies for one (1) entry. Users can participate in the gamification once per entry.

Q7. Will I receive another entry for the gamification when the auto-debit deduction is processed in the upcoming month?
No, only new purchases of Med Insure qualify for an entry.

Q8. Is there a validity period for me to play the gamification?
The gamification activity link will remain valid until 11 January 2026. The earned entry for users who do not participate or complete the activity by this date will be forfeited, and no claims will be entertained after the validity period.  

Q9. When can I receive the reload pin?
The reward of Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin will be fulfilled to the Eligible User via WhatsApp not later than the 11th of the following month by AIA General Berhad.

Q10. Is there any limit / capping for the campaign?
The total maximum reload pin fund of this Campaign is RM2,480 that is to be given out to the first 90 Eligible Users through the Med Insure ‘Why Wait? Get Covered, Get Rewarded’ gamification activity, based on first come, first served basis.

This Campaign will cease once the maximum reload pin fund has been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whenever is earlier.
