  1. What is the Happy 18th Campaign?
    1. The Happy 18th Campaign 2026 is a celebratory campaign by TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd., for Malaysians who turn 18 years old. Eligible users can complete missions and stand a chance to receive exciting rewards via the Touch ’n Go eWallet.
    2. The Campaign runs from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
  2. Who is eligible to join this campaign?
    1. This Campaign is open to Malaysian citizens who are active and valid Touch ’n Go eWallet users and whose eighteenth (18th) birthday falls under the birthday month within the Campaign Period (“Participants”).
  3. How many reward chances can I earn?
    1. Each completed mission gives you one (1) chance to participate in the reward draw.
  4. Where can I find my redeemed vouchers or rewards?
    1. All redeemed vouchers (if any) can be found under the “My Rewards” section within the GOrewards landing page.
    2. The GOrewards landing page can be accessed via the TNG eWallet app homepage.
  5. What happens if my transaction is cancelled or refunded?
    1. If a transaction is cancelled, reversed, or refunded:
      • Any associated cashback, voucher, discount, or benefit may be voided or reversed.
  6. When will physical rewards be delivered?
    1. Physical rewards (such as Pop Mart figurines) will be dispatched every 25th of the month, provided complete and accurate delivery details are submitted. Estimated delivery timeline are as follows
      • West Malaysia: 5–7 working days
      • East Malaysia: 7–14 working days
    2. Touch ’n Go shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, or loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided. In such cases, the reward may be revoked and will not be replaced or reissued.
  7. Can I exchange or transfer my reward?
    1. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless stated otherwise.
