Q1 ​What does this Campaign offer?

This campaign rewards users with RM100 cashback when they reload their TNG eWallet using a Mastercard (excluding cards issued in Malaysia and Singapore) with a minimum RM1,000 in a single transaction.

​Q2 When is the campaign period?

The campaign runs from 16 November 2025 until 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.

​Q3 Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

You are eligible if you:

  • Have an active TNG eWallet account
  • Reload using a Mastercard not issued in Malaysia or Singapore;
  • Reload via manual reload, auto-reload, or quick payment
  • Reload a minimum of RM1,000 in a single transaction.

Q4 ​What reward can I receive from this campaign?

Each user is entitled to receive only RM100 cashback once during the entire campaign period.

​Q5 Is there a daily limit for cashback?

Yes. Cashback is limited to the first 10 eligible users per day on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q6 How will the cashback be credited?

The cashback will be credited to the eligible user’s TNG eWallet within 3 working days (T+3) from the date of the successful reload transaction.

​Q7 Why didn’t I receive the cashback?​

You may not receive the cashback if:

  • Your Mastercard is issued in Malaysia or Singapore;
  • Your reload was less than RM1,000 in a single transaction;
  • You have already redeemed the cashback once;
  • The daily cashback limit (10 users) was already reached; or
  • Your account is inactive, terminated, or flagged for suspicious activity.

Q8 Will I be notified if I missed out on the cashback?

No, there will be no notification if the daily or monthly cashback allocation has been fully claimed.
