Q1. What is this Campaign about?
The Campaign is open exclusively to selected TNG eWallet users (“Eligible User”). Eligible users will receive official communication via TNG eWallet official platform and can redeem a 1-month free WalletSafe Pro premium. Eligible users will need to redeem to activate the WalletSafe Pro 1-month free premium during Campaign Period.
Q2. What is the duration of the Campaign?
The Campaign begins on 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
Q3. I receive communication from TNG eWallet official platform. How should I get my free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan?
Eligible users will need to redeem to activate the WalletSafe Pro 1-month free premium during Campaign Period. During the activation of the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan, user must provide consent to enable auto payment for the subsequent WalletSafe Pro Plan. Upon expiration of the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan, TNG Digital will charge RM6 every 6 months to continue the protection with WalletSafe Pro Plan. User can disable the Auto Payment at any time. Any changes should be made before the next scheduled payment due date. If changes made after, Auto Payment will continue and only disable for the next subsequent deduction of premium. To disable Auto Payment function, go to Profile Page > select Auto Payment > select WalletSafe > click on “Remove” button.
Q4. Can I disable my Auto Payment for purchasing 6-month WalletSafe Pro Plan during the 1-month period of free WalletSafe Pro Plan?
Yes, you can. Any charges should be made before your 1-month free WalletSafe Pro Plan expires. If changes made after, Auto Payment will continue and only disable for the next subsequent deduction of premium. To disable Auto Payment, you may go to Profile Page > Select Auto Payment > select WalletSafe > click on “Remove” button.
Q5. Is there any limit to this Campaign?
Yes, the Campaign is only limited to the first 150,000 eligible users who successfully redeemed the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan within Campaign Period, on a “first come, first served” basis. Once you have redeemed the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan, you are not eligible to redeem it again.
Q6. Do I need to pay for the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan?
No, it is free to you and you will not be charged with any premium for redemption of the free 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan.
Q7. What is the difference between 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan and 6-month WalletSafe Pro Plan?
The protection and coverage are the same. The only difference is that 1-month WalletSafe Pro Plan is exclusive for selected users. It is free of charge, and the policy coverage period is 1 month.
