Foreigners Spin the Wheel Campaign

1. What is this campaign about?
The Foreigners Spin the Wheel is a campaign for foreigners working in Malaysia and verified using TNG eWallet. Eligible users complete selected missions stated in the T&C in the app to earn spin chances and stand a chance to receive instant rewards such as cashback, reload pins, or lucky draw entries.

2. What is the campaign duration?
The campaign period is held from 25 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise stated by TNG Digital.

3. Who is eligible?
You are eligible if you:
• Are a foreigner using TNG eWallet
• Are a verified TNG eWallet user
• Fall within the intended campaign segment;
Availability may vary by user segment and campaign stock.

4. How do I participate in the Spin the Wheel Campaign?
Users need to complete eligible missions stated in the T&C and in the app to earn spin chances. After a qualifying mission is completed, a spin chance is credited to the user, and the user can open the campaign page to claim the spin.

5. Is there a limit on spins?
Yes. Users can only earn 1 spin for each mission daily. There is a limit of 7 spins per week. The same mission should not be credited more than once on the same day unless TNG Digital states otherwise.

6. What can I win?
Possible rewards may include cashback for selected use cases, reload pins, and entries for a Lucky Draw. The exact reward mix may change from time to time and is subject to availability.

7. How are the winners selected?
Winners will be selected after the end of the campaign period, based on the criteria (lucky draw) determined by TNG Digital Remittance at its sole discretion, in accordance with the campaign Terms & Conditions.

8. How will I know if I earn a spin?
Once a qualifying mission is completed, the spin number will be reflected on the lucky draw page directly.

9. How and when will the winners be announced?
The Lucky Draw Winner of the RM1000 Reload Pin will be announced within TWENTY (20) working days from the end of the Contest Period. Winners may be notified by email, WhatsApp, or phone call, subject to the contact details available to TNG Digital.

10. What do winners need to do after receiving the notification?
Winners must respond within 3 days from the date the notification was sent. If a winner does not respond within the stated period, TNG Digital reserves the right to forfeit the prize and treat it as void.

11. Can the prize be transferred or exchanged?
No. All prices and vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

12. What if my transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or fails?
Only successful and eligible transactions qualify. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, incomplete, or failed transactions do not qualify for spin credit.
