Foodpanda Pandacredit Cashback Promotion

Q1    What is this promotion?
Users who opt into and activate Pandacredit by linking their TNG eWallet as a payment method and make a minimum spend of RM35.00 in a single transaction at Foodpanda platforms every Wednesday during the Promotion Period and pay with TNG eWallet can get 12% cashback capped at RM5.

Q2    What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period is from 12 November 2025 until 28 January 2026, both dates inclusive.
The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q3    Who is eligible for this promotion?
Users who opt into and activate Pandacredit by linking their TNG eWallet as a payment method and make a minimum spend of RM35.00 in a single transaction at Foodpanda platforms every Wednesday during the Promotion Period and pay with TNG eWallet. 

Q4    Is the promotion valid at all Foodpanda Malaysia Platforms?
Promotion is valid on Foodpanda Malaysia mobile apps, Foodpanda mini program in TNG eWallet and Foodpanda Malaysia website only.

Q5    Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
Each TNG eWallet User is entitled to enjoy the 12% cashback capped at RM5 ONE (1) time only, throughout the Promotion Period. All cashback will be valid for 7 days upon issuance. The Promotion will cease once the Cashbacks have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

Q6    When will I receive the cashback?
The 12% cashback capped at RM5 will be credited back to the respective Pandacredit sub-wallet in Foodpanda within THREE (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
