Q1 What is the Accept and Win with CashLoan Campaign?
A1 The Accept and Win with CashLoan Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (“TNGD”). The campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users who have received the promotional notifications relating to this campaign from TNGD via a TNG eWallet mobile push notification.
Q2 When is the Campaign Period?
A2 The campaign period shall commence from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 inclusive of both dates.
Q3 Who is eligible to participate and how do I qualify?
A3 The Campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet users who have received the promotional notifications relating to this campaign from TNGD via a TNG eWallet mobile push notification, excluding TNGD and its affiliates.
If you received a CIMB CashLoan loan offer during the period of 26 April 2026 to 26 May 2026
(inclusive of both dates) (“Eligibility Period”) and proceed to accept the loan offer, will be
entitled to receive up to a maximum of RM200 cashback as stipulated in Table 1 in Q4 below.
Q4 What is the rewards that I entitle for?
A4 Reward tiering will be based on your final loan offer approved loan amount and accepted the
loan offer.
You will require to accept the loan offer not later than 10 June 2026 (“Cut-off Date”), to be entitled
to receive the Reward (Table 1).

Q5 Can I win more than one Reward?
A5 Each Eligible User is entitled to receive only ONE (1) Reward throughout the Campaign Period.The tiering of the Reward received will be based on the first accepted loan offer in the event you has accepted more than one (1) loan offer from CIMB CashLoan.
Q6 How do I know if I am the Winner?
A6 You will receive a notification from TNGD via a TNG eWallet mobile push notification as the Final Qualified Participant for the Reward.
Q7 When I will get the Reward?
A7 Reward for this Campaign will be fulfilled by TNGD within thirty (30) days after the Cut-off Date.
Q8 What is CashLoan?
A8 CashLoan is a service made available by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd to customers for electronic access and application for personal loan via the CashLoan icon in the TNG eWallet mobile app.
Q9 Who are the Partner Bank and products for CashLoan?
A9 CIMB (e-Zi Tunai Personal Loan) is the underlying personal loan product made available via TNG eWallet’s CashLoan icon for this campaign.
