Q1 What is this campaign?
FamilyMart customers (“User(s)”) who make a minimum spend of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) only in a single transaction at the Participating FamilyMart Outlets (excluding Genting and KLIA 2 outlets) using TNG eWallet and present the voucher QR (“Voucher”) during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to enjoy a discount of Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) only (“Discount”).
Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?
The Campaign Period is from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026, inclusive of both dates.
TNG Digital and the Partner reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Campaign and its terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Campaign Period, at any time without prior notice.
Q3 Who is eligible for this campaign?
This Voucher will only be distributed via Push Notification to selected users.
Q4 Is the campaign valid at all FamilyMart outlets?
This campaign is only valid for purchases made at the Participating FamilyMart Outlets (excluding Genting and KLIA 2 outlets) using TNG eWallet.
Q5 How many times can I enjoy this campaign?
Each Eligible User is entitled to enjoy the Discount ONE (1) time only throughout the Campaign Period.
Q6 When will I receive the discount?
The Discount shall be applied immediately at the checkout point if the User meets the eligibility criteria. Users shall ensure that the Discount has been applied before finalizing payment.
Q7 Who should I contact if the Voucher does not work as expected?
In the event the Discount has not been applied, users should not proceed with payment and must liaise with the outlet staff immediately.
