  1. What is the DuitNow Reload Pot Challenge?

It’s a campaign where you can earn entries when you reload your TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer, and stand a chance to win up to RM2,000 cash reward.

 

  1. Bilakah tempoh kempen?

The campaign runs from 15 June to 15 September 2026.

 

  1. Who can participate?

This Campaign is open to selected TNG eWallet user(s) (excluding employees of Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd. and TNGD) (“Participants”) who meet either one of the following criteria:

 

  1. Participants who, during the period from 1 December 2025 up to the day immediately preceding the start of the Campaign Period (14 June 2026):
  • Have reloaded their TNG eWallet exclusively using Debit Card issued by Malaysian banks; and
  • Have never used DuitNow Transfer to reload their TNG eWallet prior to the Campaign Period.

 

OR

 

  1. Participants who during the period from 1 December 2025 up to the day immediately preceding the start of the Campaign Period (14 June 2026), have reloaded their TNG eWallet exclusively using DuitNow Transfer.

 

  1. How do I participate?

Simply reload your TNG eWallet via DuitNow Transfer with at least RM500 in a single transaction during the campaign period.

 

  1. How do I earn entries?

You’ll earn:

  • 1 entry for every RM500 reload via DuitNow (in one transaction)
  • No limit on the number of entries you can earn

 

Contoh:

  • RM500 = 1 entry
  • RM3,000 = 6 entries

 

  1. What is the DuitNow Reload Pot?

Each eligible reload contributes to a monthly reward pool (“Reload Pot”).
Once the target is hit, or at month-end, a random winner selection will be conducted.

  1. What can I win?

Winners will receive reward based on their first eligible reload amount of the month, capped at RM2,000.

 

  1. What counts as “Eligible Reload Amount”?

Your reward is based on your reload amount after deducting any transfers out, such as:

  • DuitNow transfers
  • P2P transfers
  • Money Packet transfers

 

Spending (e.g. QR payments, shopping) is allowed
Transferring out reduces your reward eligibility

 

  1. Will the money that I transfer to investments or Go+ be counted in the reward calculation or affect my eligibility?No, transfers to investments or Go+ do not affect the reward calculation or your eligibility for the campaign.
  2. Can I still use my money after reloading?

Yes! You can spend your balance anytime.

 

  1. Can I win more than once?

No. Each participant can win only once throughout the entire campaign.

 

  1. When will winners be announced?

Winners are announced via email within 14 working days after each campaign month.

 

  1. When will I receive my reward?

Rewards will be credited to your TNG eWallet within 30 working days after verification.

 

  1. What do I need to do if I win?

If you are selected as a winner, you may be required to reply to the email and provide the following details:

 

  • Answer a simple verification question
  • Submit your identification details

 

Please note that if you are unable to be contacted within one (1) week, the reward will be forfeited.

 

  1. Can I be disqualified?

Yes, you may be disqualified if:

  • Your account is suspended, closed, or invalid
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

 

  1. How do I reload my eWallet using DuitNow?

Step 1: Tap on “Reload” & copy your DuitNow account number

Step 2: In your bank app, select transfer to “Touch ‘n Go eWallet”

Step 3: Enter the recipient’s eWallet account number

Step 4: Key in the desired amount (as low as RM1)

Step 5: Verify the transaction details and approve it
