  1. If the mobile number is registered under your own name
  • Provide a copy of your Postpaid/Prepaid phone bill.
  • The bill must clearly show:
    • Your name
    • Your mobile number
  • This information must match the eWallet account holder’s details.

  1. If the mobile number is registered under a third party (e.g., family member)
  • Submit a coloured copy/picture of the ID (front & back) of the mobile number owner, black and white copies are not accepted.
  • Must be marked/crossed with: “For TNGD use only”
  1. If the mobile number is registered under a company
  • Provide a company authorisation letter stating that the mobile number is used by you.
  • Ensure the letter is signed and stamped (if applicable) by the authorised company representative.

File Specifications

  • Single file size: must not exceed 7 MB
  • Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC
