Q1: When is the Campaign Period?
The Campaign runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.
Q2: Who is eligible to participate in this Campaign?
All TNG eWallet users who make overseas transactions in China via Crossborder DuitNow QR during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate.
Q3: How do I qualify for the free CHAGEE voucher?
Simply scan and pay in China using your TNG eWallet at merchants via the Alipay+ payment rail with a minimum spend of RM200 in a single transaction. You will receive a free 100% Cashback CHAGEE voucher, capped at RM15.
Q4: What is the minimum spend required?
The minimum spend required is RM200 in a single Crossborder QR transaction in China.
Q5: How much is the CHAGEE voucher worth?
The voucher is a 100% Cashback CHAGEE voucher, capped at RM15 per user.
Q6: How do I redeem the CHAGEE voucher?
Once you have received the voucher in your MyRewards, simply just make an eligible transaction at supported Chagee stores to redeem a free Chagee drink (capped at RM15).
Q7: How many vouchers can I receive?
A maximum of one (1) voucher is allowed per user throughout the Campaign Period.
Q8: Are vouchers limited?
Yes, vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We encourage you to participate early to avoid missing out.
Q9: Which payment method is eligible for this Campaign?
Only crossborder QR payments made through TNG eWallet are eligible. Payments made via any other method will not qualify for this Campaign.
Q10: Can I use the voucher outside of China?
No. The voucher can only be redeemed at supported CHAGEE stores in China.
Q11: How long is the CHAGEE voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued. Please make sure to use it before it expires.
Q12: What happens if I don’t use my voucher within 7 days?
The voucher will expire and will not be replaced. For example, if you received the voucher on 1 June 2026 and did not use it, it will expire on 8 June 2026 and you will not receive a new one.
