The Campaign is open to TNG eWallet users who meet the following criteria (Eligible User):

  1. Masukkan kod promo: “READY” dan buat pembelian CI Insure pertama mereka semasa tempoh Kempen dengan bayaran tahunan ; Atau
  2. Masukkan kod promo: “READY” dan buat pembelian CI Insure pertama mereka semasa tempoh Kempen dengan bayaran bulanan , dan berjaya menyelesaikan debit automatik pada bulan kedua.

Setiap Pengguna yang Layak berhak menerima pulangan tunai sebanyak RM15.

The Promotion Period is from 15th April 2026 to 14th July 2026, both dates inclusive.

Setiap Pengguna yang Layak berhak menerima pulangan tunai sebanyak RM15.

S4. Bilakah saya boleh menerima pulangan tunai?  

Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun TNG eWallet masing-masing pengguna seperti berikut:

  1. Untuk pengguna pembayaran bulanan: sebelum 11hb setiap bulan selepas potongan premium bulan kedua yang berjaya
  2. Untuk pengguna pembayaran tahunan: sebelum 11hb bulan selepas pengeluaran polisi

Q5. Is there a limit / capping for this campaign?

Jumlah maksimum dana pulangan tunai Kempen ini ialah RM3,555 yang akan diberikan kepada semua Pengguna Layak sepanjang Tempoh Kempen berdasarkan asas siapa cepat dia dapat.

Q6. Can I still get the cashback if I renew my plan through auto debit?  

No, only new purchases of CI Insure will be entitled to get the cashback reward.

Q7. I purchased CI Insure during the campaign period but forgot to enter the promo code. Am I still eligible for the cashback?

No. The promo code is required to track eligible transactions and to award the cashback.

Q8. Do I need to choose annual payment mode to get the cashback?

No, you can choose either monthly or annual payment mode for the CI Insure plan.
