The Lucky Draw Period is from 1 November 2025 until 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.
Q3 Who is eligible to participate in this lucky draw?
Users who make a minimum spend of RM100 and above in a single transaction on China Southern Airline (“CSA”) with TNG eWallet will earn ONE (1) Entry this Lucky Draw and stand a chance to win a prize.
Q4 Can I earn multiple entries to increase my chances in winning the Lucky Draw?
Users can make multiple purchases to increase the number of Entries to increase the chances of winning. Only ONE (1) Entry can be earned per transaction.
Q5 When will winner be announced?
The winner/prizes appear in “My Rewards” and via in-app announcement.
All digital items will be credited to user’s TNG eWallet in “My Rewards”.
For physical item, a mock voucher will be credited to winner’s TNG eWallet in “My Rewards”. TNGD Customer Service will contact the winner to arrange delivery.
Q6 I am listed as a winner. When will I receive the prize?
Within one (1) month after the Campaign Period ends, TNG eWallet Customer Service will contact the winner of the iPhone 17 Pro to verify any user information, where the Winner hereby agrees and shall submit both their relevant contact information as requested by TNG eWallet Customer Service (including but not limited to name and phone number).
