  1. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

Participation in this Campaign is open to all registered Malaysian TNG eWallet users who perform Overseas QR transactions in Singapore via the TNG eWallet mobile application through Alipay+ rail during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”).

 

  1. How does the campaign work?
  • Eligible Users will stand a chance to win a Royal Caribbean: Navigator of the Seas – 3 Nights Cruise Trip for two (2) persons.
  • To be eligible, users must complete a minimum Overseas QR transaction of SGD 20 in a single transaction via TNG eWallet mobile application through Alipay+ rail in Singapore.
  • Each user is limited to a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period.

 

  1. What prizes are available and how are winners selected? 

Winners will be selected randomly using a randomizer administered by TNGD from the pool of eligible entries.

  1. How and when will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced within 30 working days via TNGD’s official Instagram and Facebook Stories. Winners will receive an email based on the email address registered with their TNG eWallet account.

 

  1. What do winners need to do after receiving the email?
  • A verification question will be sent to the winner’s email to confirm eligibility.
  • Winners must respond to the email and provide the necessary verification within seven (7) days from the date the email is sent.
  • If a winner fails to respond, TNGD reserves the right to forfeit the prize, and it will be deemed void.

 

  1. Can the prize be transferred or exchanged?

No. All prizes and vouchers are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Non-replaceable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other items

 

  1. How are winners verified?

TNGD reserves the right to request proof of transactions from winners to verify the authenticity and eligibility of the winning transactions.

 

  1. Are prizes guaranteed?

TNGD reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without prior notice, should it be necessary.

 

  1. Can this campaign be combined with other promotions?

No. This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
